CoolCoyotes Will Be Scheduling Ticket Completion as a Trial Run

In order to better serve you, our clients, CoolCoyotes will be implementing a scheduling plan for the completion of tickets as a trial run. We will be replying to tickets as recieved to provid each client with a specific day that their ticket will be completed.

For example, if a client submits a ticket on Tuesday, they will recieve a reply letting them know that their ticket will be completed that Friday*. We feel that this will help our team serve our clients better by setting clear, defined expectations for client and staff member alike and will greatly reduce the risk of miscommunication. Yes -- It's a relief to be able to know when our tickets will be completed.
No -- As long as the tickets are completed within a reasonable time frame, it doesn't matter.

New Priority Listings Take Effect 2/21/2011

CoolCoyotes' standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) is to complete all tickets within 7-10 business days. We have re-organized and redefined our priority selections to better serve our clients and meet expectations. See below for new definitions:

Low: Tickets classified as Low priority will be completed between 10 and 14 business days.

Medium: Tickets classified as Medium priority will be completed inside our regular Service Level Agreement, within 7-10 business days*.

High: Tickets classified as High priority will be completed within 1-3 business days and will incur a $50 fee for expedition.

*This is our standard SLA for clients who have signed up for a Monthly Maintenance agreement. If you have not signed up for a Monthly Maintenance Agreement, and would still like changes we offer support at a rate of $85/hour with a one hour minimum.
