Broken Menu on Your Site?

Hello Coyote Clients - 

In the past week, we've gotten several support tickets from clients who have websites from CoolCoyotes built prior to 2010.  It seems that in some of our websites, the menu no longer works with the new Internet Explorer version 10 (IE10). Other browsers such as Firefox and Chrome are still working just fine.   

Unfortunately, we have no control over new technology which emerges and impacts the software supporting your website. The older a website gets, the more likely it is to be affected when new technologies emerge.  

If you're experiencing the broken menu issue with your website, the CoolCoyotes production team has determined a fix and can repair it for $150. Please let us know if your website is one of the ones affected and if you need the repair.

We apologize for the incovenience and will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Spring is Here!

Hi everyone!  Spring is here in NC and it seems like a great time to dust off our website.  We're rebuilding with a brand new look.  Check back in a few weeks for the reveal!

What We've Been Up To

The coyotes have had a busy first quarter.  Cathy, our company President, has been working hard on a marketing/communications training curriculum for pregnancy resource centers.  She just tested the material with a handful of select centers invited to Charlotte and the curriculum was well-received.  

Allen, our Vice President and lead systems architect, has been cranking out software and solutions for a variety of projects.  

As always, we believe in you and we're here to help you achieve more!

When Making Urgent Change Requests

Be sure to select the High Priority option on your ticket.  Please be aware that High Priority tickets are an additional $50 and have a 1-3 business day turnaround time.  If your need is more urgent than that, please give us a call and talk to one of our support team members personally.  

Our service level commitment for tickets that are not high priority is 7-10 business days, though we usually complete your request sooner than that depending on work load.
