First let us say Welcome! We are delighted to be a partner in your ministry.

You can expect your client site to take up to 2 t o 4 business weeks for us to develop from the time that we received all the address, logo and domain registrar information from you.

To get the ball rolling we will need a variety of information from you. Don't worry if you don't have it all at hand from the beginning. We'll work with you to gather all the necessary information to get your website up and running.

Here is what we need from you at this point:

1. Domain Name: do you already have a domain name or would you like to establish a new one for your new website? ( we can help you pick out a name --. if you own your domain name, please provide contact info for the domain registrar (i.e. Godaddy.com, maybe a contact person, phone number, password to the account)
2. Please provide the contact information for your IT person or company that works with you. This information will be valuable to us later when we are getting ready to launch your website.
3. What design have you chosen for your center? (see designs at http://coolcoyotes.com/Default.aspx?TabId=327 in the design carousel)
   
4. Please send us the address, phone and hours of operation for your center(s).
5. Please let us know what email you’d like to have associated with your site (info@, director@... Etc.)
6. Do you have a logo? Please send it, preferably in a .gif, .png or .jpg format.

We’ll begin development on your site once we receive all of the information above. We look forward to working with you and building a website that will add to the effectiveness of your ministry.

Please email your information by going to http://support.coolcoyotes.com and click on Submit a Ticket. Then choose Coyotes - Newsite, then click Next. Fill out all relevant information, including the name of your pregnancy center and if you have one, your domain name.
