How to use the ticket system:
Please be as detailed as possible when submitting requests or reporting problems. All of your content and attachments (PDFs, Word documents, images, etc) should be board-approved and ready to be placed on your site with little to no modification. This cuts down on confusion and time spent hammering out details after work has begun. When submitting a ticket, you’ll notice that there’s a priority selection. You have options for ‘Low,’ ‘Medium,’ and ‘High.’ ‘Low’ means that you agree that your ticket is of low priority, and that your ticket will be completed in 10-12 business days. ‘Medium’ is our normal Service Level Agreement, and all tickets marked as medium will be completed within 7-10 business days. ‘High’ priority tickets are completed within 2-3 business days. Clients with maintenance agreements are allowed 3 free ‘High Priority’ tickets per year. Each ‘High Priority’ ticket after the first three will incur a $50 fee per ticket. | |
